Lorca is characterized by its variety, contrast and picturesque landscapes among the Mediterranean sea and the mountains.
Any corner of the Municipality is prepared for the sight and the observation, since it offers a historical, cultural and gastronomic patrimony, and on the other hand a craft and a wide net of rural lodgings. It offers one of the most attractive historical areas in the southeast of Spain.

Lorca has also a littoral fringe. Among the creeks and beaches of Lorca, that of Calnegre with 1,200 metres of longitude is the most important.

Few Municipalities can offer so much.
